Freddie used a metal humbucker and metal finger picks. He had his walnut 355 and a Fender twin reverb. the microphone wasn’t needed but he used it in the general area of the stage. Between set my dad talked to him at the bar. Nothing but smiles and nice words. Freddie put tons of enthusiasm in every song and put on a great show every time. Look at that walnut finish!
